The service

FaithGuard is a Catholic digital wellbeing platform that offers Scripture reading, progress tracking, journaling, a digital habits quiz and resources.

Not medical advice

FaithGuard is not medical treatment, therapy or professional counselling, and the quiz is a self-assessment, not a diagnosis. If you are struggling with your health or safety, speak to a doctor or counsellor, or contact emergency services.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, threaten or demean other people, including through any feature that lets users contact each other.
  • Do not post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content.
  • Do not try to break into the service, scrape private data or disrupt other users.
  • Do not use another person's account or pretend to be someone else.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you write. You give FaithGuard permission to store and display it as needed to run the features you use.

Scripture texts

Bible translations are provided through API.Bible. Each translation remains the property of its copyright holders and is shown under their terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep FaithGuard running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without affecting consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
